The AMW LPR system enables the capture and recognition of a vehicle’s number plate for data base capture and analysis. The LPR technology is based on the latest OCR image processing that takes video images and transmits it to an LPR DSP or LPR unit processor. These systems are an effective and low-maintenance solution that is perfect for monitoring parking lots prone to crimes due to isolated and unstaffed areas. The AMW LPR systems automate license plate reading making it easier for law enforcement, military, defense and commercial organizations to locate vehicles of interest and enforce vehicle entrance and exits to secure areas. The LPR system detects and recognizes vehicle license plates upon motion or I/O triggers.


DSP-LPR

DSP License Plate Recognition System for Single Port users The AMW DSP LPR is a compact enclosure built around a Linux-based license plate recognition (LPR) hardware and software processing system. The DPS-LPR includes an Integrating Web server to allow direct integration to cameras and database servers. It can capture and compare license plates when interfaced with the Comm Port AS Manager database to automate opening gate barriers or road blockers.

ASManager

Software management supporting the DSP-LPR and DVR-LPR systems
The AMW ASManager offers network access control to security personnel for capturing and analyzing license plate recognition data. The software can capture and manage up to 40,000 entries and control up to 255 DSP-LVR units. It can configured to provide live video and event playback via simple and easy to read user commands.

DVR-LPR: License Plate Recognition System for PC’s
The AMW DVR-LPR is a digital video recorder software package installed on a PC providing either 4 channel or 8 channel capture of LPR camera data. A user provided PC is installed with the DVR-LPR software and managed via a USB security dongle. This DVR-LPR can be interfaced to the Comm Port AS Manager to evaluate up to 40,000 vehicle license plates.

LPR CAM 10A: High Contrast LPR camera

The LPR CAM 10A gives a 570 TVL high-contrast license plate recognition video to the LPR software that identifies license plates. The camera features 7 high-efficient LEDs for an illumination range of 7 ~ 12m / 22.96 ~ 39.37 ft. It also features a weather- sealed, IP66-complaint housing for outdoor use.

LPR CAM 20A: High Contrast LPR camera

The LPR CAM 20A gives a 570 TVL high-contrast license plate recognition video to the LPR software that identifies license plates.
